How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For pieces marked as 'Made to Order,' please allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery, as each item is handcrafted in our Los Angeles studio.
What is your return policy for fine jewelry?
We accept returns on unworn, non-customized items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that all custom orders and pieces from our 'One of a Kind' collection are final sale.
Can I request a custom size or length?
Yes, many of our necklaces and rings can be customized to your specific measurements. Please contact our concierge team before placing your order to discuss sizing options and potential lead times.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer international shipping to select countries via insured FedEx Priority. Please note that the recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees incurred by their local customs office.
