We want you to be completely satisfied with your Irene Neuwirth purchase. Items in their original, unworn condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided all security tags remain intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at orders@ireneneuwirth.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid insured shipping label.

• 2.
  Secure Your Jewelry

  Place the item in its original Irene Neuwirth presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided insured label to your package and drop it off at any authorized FedEx location; please ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our studio verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee, within 7-10 business days.
